What better place could there be than at the Nhill Golf Club on a glorious fresh Autumn morning?

The ladies headed off full of enthusiasm and all felt sure they would score well on such a day. Alas as it turned out only one golfer returned having beaten the course on the day.

Congratulations to Jenny Creek who scorched around in fine style to record a handicap breaking score of 91-24-67. Runner-up in Division One was Annie Ball 95-20-75.

In Division Two, Kaniva visitor, Trudi Moar won with 122-45-77 from Mary Jones 107-29-78, which included two ferrets on the 11th & 6th Holes.

Nearest the pins were won by Jenny Creek and Mary Waugh. Money Hole - and missing out on a hole-in-one by a cat's whisker was Dulcie Webb. This great shot made the birdie very easy.

It was great to have the company of Chloe Mulraney, Kathrine Kennedy and Trudi Moar from Kaniva to join us for the day.

Next week (22nd March) the event is Stableford with Euncie Ferguson and Hazel Bell on board duty.
