On Saturday both Dimboola pennant bowls teams won their matches, with Dimboola 1 defeating Edenhope and Dimboola 2 overcame Horsham City 3.

Dimboola 1's victory margin over Edenhope was 18 shots - 108 to 90. Alan Krahe's team won 22-18, Geoff Gazelle's team won 40-27, Peter O'Loughlin's team won 27-22 and Cliff Unger's lost 19-23.

Dimboola 2 had a closer game, with only 7 shots separating them from Horsham City 3 - 91 to 84. Bob Gooding's team won 22-16, Rob Pyers team won 26-20, Trevor Werner's team lost 19-23 and Gordon Miller's team lost 24-25.

On Saturday Dimboola 1 will be at home to Nhill 1 and Dimboola 2 will play away to Sunnyside 3.

The pennant matches on Saturday will be the last for the year, with competition recommencing on the 20th of January.

A Christmas tea will be held after bowls on Saturday, please put your name on the notice board.

On Sunday the final of the Ladies and Men's championship singles will be played, with the elimination final played in the morning and the final in the afternoon.
