Last Saturday the ultimate round of pennant was played, and although they just missed the finals Dimboola 1 finished the season by defeating division 1 ladder leaders Horsham City 1.

Wimmera Pennant Bowls

The victory over Horsham City 1 came when Alan Krahe's team won 23-22, Peter O'Loughlin's team won 29-23, Cliff Unger's team won 22-18 and Geoff Gazelle's team lost 24-25, which gave a 10 shot winning margin of 98 to 88.

Dimboola 2 had another loss when they went down to Natimuk by 52 shots 71-123.

John Moar's team lost 18-34, Trevor Werner's team lost24-34, Bob Gooding's team lost 12-30 and Bev Gazelle's team lost 17-25.
