Dimboola Croquet Club Report
On Tuesday this week the Dimboola Croquet Club had its biggest ever turnout of players.

Despite three regulars away being away, eighteen players turned up for a game on a beautiful autumn morning, including newcomers Fay Campbell, Shirley Thomas and Lisa Pervoe.

We look forward to their continued involvement in coming weeks, and the Club will need to rethink its playing system in order to cope with more than sixteen players, but this is a good problem to have.

The day started by recognising Alex Orcsik as the monthly champion for February.

There were some impressive performances on the day with Jean Bourke and Alex Orcsik sharing the honours on 26 hoops. Deb Colquhoun and Malcolm Jones finished on 23 hoops, and Christine Hiscock, John Lehmann and John Moa all finished close to the mark on 22 hoops.
