Two Dimboola golfers - who are also regulars at the Nhill Golf Club - have once again taken honours in an event at Nhill.

Ian Moorhead, Bill Hutchinson, and Bill's son Paul are regular golfers at the Nhill Golf Club, playing twice a week in club competitions during the summer - and are regular winners.

On Saturday in the Stableford event they took the honours in the B & C grade division. Bill Hutchinson won with 41 points from Ian Moorhead on 39 points - well ahead of the locals.

The pair agreed that their transition from the sand scrapes at Dimboola to the greens at Nhill is considered a difficult task, but one that they have both been able to accomplish with ease.

Hutchinson and Moorhead are looking forward to even more wins as the summer progresses.

The Golf Course is in a great condition currently, attracting players from many clubs around the state and even further afield.

The Club says that interested golfers are welcome to participate in their 18-hole Stableford competition on Thursdays each week - carts are available. For more information, you can contact Shane Grover on 0412 603 917.
