Wimmera house has won Dimboola Memorial Secondary College's annual swimming carnival.

The Wimmera captains and vice-captains accepted the shield on behalf of their house. Chloe Kalms, Amy Pilmore, Will Barber and Jack Lovett are pictured above.

They were victorious with a total of 1559 points, ahead of Hindmarsh with 1345 points.

In what was a warm day by the pool, students took to the water in individual and relay events to earn points for their house.

As is tradition, the final event for the day was the closely contested teachers versus Year-12s race, which was cheered-on by the student body sitting alongside the pool.
